lol, good on the SW idea, I would give the CB idea a miss though. Narrow band FM would sound awful and lets be honest who bothers with CB anyway. Don't think I would even want my station associated with CB really, not if it's anything like the last time I listed on there anyway. ;)

Being broadcast on cb is nothing to do with any of the fusion team and needs to be stopped asap :sign

Yep like the Shortwave TX. If the conditions are good you may get listeners from around the world.

The CB must sound like tosh, but I doubt ofcom would care about it.

Back on air, good signal here 53dB, stronger than before.

However.....

Sort your RDS out or turn it off!!!

Your RDS level is way too high, the same as when you were on air before a few weeks ago, as such your side bands are screwing you up big time. My tuner isn't picking your RDS flag up, so get rid of it and sort it out before you use it again as it is clearly very broken.

You also once again have some rig problem, as i'm several miles from you, yet can get you from 87.6 up to 92.35, doesn't leave much to the imagination to workout that you will have sprogs elsewhere too.

Advice.

Check your SWR and turn your RDS OFF, get your rig checked on a spectrum analyser for your own sake :sign

Was talking to the Fusion management this afternoon about this after I noticed the RDS problems last night. They are aware of the problem and the TX will be turned off as soon as they can do so.

Very wise move.

I'd estimate that the RDS level is prob 50-75% higher than it should be :?

Anyway, as long as they get it sorted. Dead carrier at the moment?

lol just edited my post as you quoted me. Yeah I would go along with the 50-75% higher. It's really bad by me as I'm near the TX site. Taking out a fair bit of the band. As I said mate, made a point of getting in touch with the people that matter earlier today and they are going to pull it off air asap.

Thats one of the reasons i brought this up here about the RDS etc, as i know they pass through and read this, so the easy way for me to point this out to them :)
