You're quite right.

Woolmoor (North Yorkshire) is 5kW (V Only). Between the two can you see a pirate rig in the West Mids making it in to Yorkshire under normal conditions though? I can't....

From what I have seen and now understand the station has moved up to West Yorkshire, so it's not a rig in the West Mids any longer.

Heard them on in Birmingham last week as well, just never seem to last more than a few days around here these days unfortunately. Presumably dirty thieves on the case :mad
