I know, shocking isn't it :confused2

What i get here really strong on 94.3 is Radio 4 from South Wales, so both of those stations haven't got a cat in hells chance unless they move site or increase their power massively.

However, as i'm not stupid, i know sites are hard to come by and all the stations that are on these days haven't got it easy, so respect to them for being on. I can't believe that race was brought into this forum, just because we couldn't pick a certain station up, how stupid is that. And how we'd not bigged them up? What????

:coffee Sorry no time for such drivel

Sitting in the car in Bridgnorth Town Centre:

89.7 - BCMR - Weak
95.1 - Kriss - Strong Signal, bad audio.
99.7 - Distinct - RDS, Sounding good

Yeah Kriss didn't sound great when i was sat in the car earlier either, Hot also had a humm, but Distinct sounded sweet with RDS

I got Sting earlier although it was right in the back of the set and unlistenable. They haven't gone anywhere have they? Steve says above that he can't get them due a particularly strong signal from Radio 4 on 94.3 from Wenvoe

Yes for me here 94.4 is a really bad frequency to use. Real when they were on air some years ago on 99.6 again used to get wiped out by Radio 1 on 99.5, also from Wenvoe. Real did have quite a strong signal though, so on 99.65 in mono i could get them, and i'm sure i have some audio rips somewhere.

Skyline have historically also been hard to get here on 94.2 for the same reason.

Just to add, when Sting were on 97.5, again i could rarely get them here because of 97.2 & 97.6 which are both strong here

92.0 - Hot 92 - RDS

94.4 - Sting
95.1 - Kriss

There has been a carrier on 87.5 here for the past couple of days, stereo with quite a bad hiss. It's about the same strength as City Beats was on 90.2 and has the same stereo issue so guessing it could be them on a new frequency.
