Only thing I know of near there is BCMR on 89.7 (assuming they are still on air - i havent checked/listened to FM in over a year). That is automated music in stereo... I've been in Birmingham / Wolverhampton over the weekend and found a weak signal on 90.0 whilst I was traveling which I couldn't identify.
